INVITATION FOR BIDS – FY2025 - 2028

The Town of Oak Bluffs is accepting sealed bids for the supply and delivery of an estimated 105,000 gallons of gasoline (87 Octane or better) and 40,000 gallons of off-road (marine grade) diesel fuel per year, to the Town for the period of June 12, 2024, through June 30, 2025, with two one-year extension options at the sole discretion of the Town. Tank capacity is 6,000 gallons for gasoline and 4,000 gallons for diesel. Product must be pumped, metered and brought in by delivery truck only. Bids must be submitted by 2:00PM on Wednesday May 29, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted to the Town Administrator's Office, 56 School Street, Oak Bluffs or by mail to Town Administrator's Office, Town of Oak Bluffs, PO Box 1327, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557. Specifications may be obtained, by emailing the Procurement Officer at wbrough@oakbluffsma.gov. or by calling (508)693-3554 ext:149. All bids must be sealed and be clearly marked: “MARINA FUEL BID.” Note: NO faxed bids will be accepted. Award of Contract will be within 14 days after the bid deadline.
